Customer Support

Telebroad offers 24/7 customer service to help address customer issues and concerns. They also have an online knowledge base, which contains a complete list of FAQs and all the other information users need to manage their phone system and resolve problems fast.

Telebroad is proof that a good business communications system doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Their PBXcellent cloud-based phone system is equipped with all the right features most small businesses seek. The downside to Telebroad service, however, is that their system might not be suitable for enterprises with larger, more complex needs. They also do not offer a free trial, which is crucial for companies that are still testing the waters of virtual phone services.
