    I have used several business voip services and by far I am really impressed with RingCentral. The call quality, features and price is exceptional. I must say I do agree that their customer support is located abroad and that it does take a few minutes to understand them at times but they have always been helpful answering my questions. If you’re are small business like me that’s looking for a affordable and feature rich system, I would definitely suggest calling them and see what they can offer you.

    Have been a happy customer for about 6 months now. A great phone company offering great features for our business. Very impressed with the ease of use of Ringcentral’s product! Straight-forward and user-friendly. We got 8 phones, and RingCentral’s implementation advisors have made the transition into VoIP so smooth.

    Their systems seems well thought out and is easy to use, but their sales and customer service are not very good. Took them 3 transfers and 30+ minutes on the phone just to get me signed up. Their personnel seem to be low level technicians overseas, so be prepared with your knowledge and patience!

    Get prepared to be hacked! Our RingCentral account has been hacked multiple times – with hundreds of dollars charged to our account by hackers exploiting RingCentral’s awful account security. Passwords on RingCentral accounts can only be numeric, which is just mind boggling. This makes it very easy for hackers to get in, take control and run up a bill on your dime. In their defense, RingCentral is good about refunding your money / minutes, but the fact that they have such poor security is a huge issue. We’re canceling our service and looking for alternatives, which is why I’m on this website. Until RingCentral gets their act together, I would NOT use them.

    Pros: Easy to use. Decent customer support / fraud assistance
    Cons: Get's hacked ALL THE TIME!!!!

    I was reading both the positive and negative reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. Decided to call RingCentral anyways today to see what the have to offer. I am glad I did as the rep that was helping me out of the Denver office was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be switching my company’s phone system to RingCentral as I am confident that system is robust enough to handle our requirements and its an all inclusive pricing.

    Pros: Amazing Service and Sales Team. Unbeatable features with all inclusive pricing.

    Just moved a client with over 100 users to RingCentral. The client is extremely happy with RingCentral features and pricing. I have not had any issues with the Sales and Implementation team. They were always proactive in getting my questions and concerns answered in a timely manner.I am now looking at implementing several other clients on RingCentral.
